The hotel is exquisite. Every need attended to. Stark contrast to some of the finest hotels I've stayed in in NYC in that it bridges new and old but stays distinctly French. Take care when redeeming your benefit, however. I was charged for higher than the Signature Room rate and my announcement that I was to leave for a late checkout without charge on Sunday was not honored due to a communication error. That didn't dull my stay, however. You have easy access to everything and there are two Metro stations in very close proximity; the hotel will shuttle you to Mont-Royal if you wish to save you some uphill climbing; I left my phones in the car by accident and they ran down to get them for me and brought them to my room! I'd go there again in a heart beat. They give you more than you ask for, and they have a customer for life!
