The FC discount was great and I had no issues redeeming. I travelled through London Heathrow in September 2022 and used this benefit for a visit to the Terminal 3 No1 Lounge. Unfortunately, the lounge was extremely busy and staff did not seem concerned or apologetic in the slightest. I had to queue for close to 10 minutes just to get in to the lounge and then was told to wait another 5 minutes before I could be seated. I'd paid in advance for a glass of champagne "on arrival", which I didn't even receive. The service and food quality would've been much better at one of the quieter, cheaper restaurants in the terminal closer to my departure gate. So overall, not a great experience however I only visited one of multiple lounges across the globe - so I hope this was a one-off and not indicative of No1 Lounge's overall experience across the board.
