It hasn't been a great experience with Zendesk at all. As a business, we have reviewed several CRMs and Support systems, and Zendesk is a fit for us. It's been over two weeks since we started the trial with Zendesk which is required to take up this offer. I have been advised that we would hear from a sales person in three weeks time - the trial is for two weeks. A recent email advised we will receive an agreement but this has not eventuated. Never has it been so difficult to engage with a sales team and purchase software. Zendesk's sales team will NOT call. They have assigned four different "Account Managers", all of whom appear impotent in their ability to assist. Conversations are by email and chat, and even though the platform is designed to concatenate all conversations into one place, I am being asked for the same information repeatedly, all without follow up or resolution. This offer has not been fulfilled by Zendesk.
